Features checkboxes for LPG Propane, Butane, and NG-Methane, along with fields for Certificate of Inspection Number, Date of Test, Tested by (Qualified Supervisor Cert.), Contractor (License No.), and Appliance Code(s). The plate has two 3mm holes for mounting.

Aluminum compliance plate for non-network LPG connections. Intended for use in NSW only, to indicate the installation complies with relevant safety regulations. Includes space to complete Certificate of Inspection Number, Date of Test, Tested by, Contractor License Number and Appliance Code/s. Supplied in approved from as per clause 55(1)(a) of the Gas and Electricity (Consumer Safety) Regulation 2018. Must be affixed by a licensed gas fitter.
